Tax Everybody

The lady who cuts my hair is an immigrant from Vietnam. She told me she is studying for her citizenship exam next year. I congtatulated her and encouraged her to study hard because it is a great opportunity to be a citizen of the greatest country on earth. She also said she would have to pay a fee of $800 to take the exam; the current fee is $400 but it goes up to $800 soon.

That is a disgrace IMHO but I guess our guvmint will tax the crap of everyone it can including future citizens. They are bastards- would you like to bet me that some outfit like the College Boards makes a bundle by administering the tests for our guvmint?
